From our first meeting with Tom Barrett we immediately had a comfort level with the expertise Tom and the entire Kulback’s team could provide us. Everything was handled professionally and in a warm and friendly manner. Tom and his team made sure that we were comfortable with the process every step of the way and never made us feel as though we had too many questions or were bothering them no matter what time of day or night it was! We were on an extremely tight timeline and Kulback’s was able to meet our deadline. We were kept up to date with every step of the process. I found working with David Kulbacki and his associates to be a pleasurable experience, one not often found in the construction industry. The Gow Maintenance Department has been involved in the planning and development of all building projects on our campus. As a result, we have been very aware of typical minor construction snags and the creative ways in which Kulback’s has assisted in coming up with and implementing solutions. Kulback’s, Inc. recently completed a car dealership for General Motors Corporation. That in itself is not unique. What is “unique” is that they completed a 7-8 month project in 6 months. They were hampered with 50+ days of bad weather and were able to adjust schedules and sequence work to make up for lost time without sacrificing quality of workmanship or cutting corners in the design build process. The project was finished on time, on budget with a very short punch list at the end.

Al & Gary – As you know, we conducted the construction walk-thru for both Buffalo and Albany this week. The Buffalo site looked fantastic with minimal punchlist items remaining. Punchlist completion prior to cutover should not be an issue. Both the quality of workmanship and the GC’s professional attitude were exemplary. Progressive would welcome Kulbacks to be a part of any other Service Center project.

I want to extend my sincerest gratitude for a job well done on both projects recently completed by Kulback’s. Richard “Rick” and Gary both within their own rights handled their projects with diligence, professionalism and with a great deal of pride. The 4 projects completed by Kulback’s this year, all unique with their own challenges, had all been handled in an exceptional manner. (Millersport Highway, Liberty Building, Colvin and McConkey, and Eden).

The whole process was smooth and issues were addressed in stride. Kulbacks also did a great job and went above and beyond. The service from Kulbacks was impressive. The store looks great.

I want to thank you and your team for your work on our new building in Amherst.  Never having experienced a project like this, I was quite nervous about the effort.  I must say we were delighted with the entire experience, from planning to move. The building is exactly what we wanted, in the location we wanted, at the budget we planned.  Can’t ask for more than that. You and your managers and contractors were easy to deal with, and always responsive to our needs.  I could not be more pleased. In short, Kulback’s Construction has my unqualified recommendation.
