David Kulbacki - Chief Executive Officer
David has a Bachelor of Science Degree from SUNY Brockport and has been with Kulbacks Construction since 1984. At that time he held the position of Vice President of Operations and in 1996 he was promoted to President / CEO.
In his years of experience he has gained knowledge in all phases of upper management, project management, project supervision and extensive finance work. David also possesses the ability to communicate effectively with owners, architects, inspectors and all levels of construction personnel.

Brian Kulbacki - Vice President of Operations
Brian has been with the Kulbacks Construction since 1979 and has literally grown through the ranks. He began his career as a laborer in general construction in 1979 till he moved onto a Project Supervisor in 1985. During this time he learned leadership skills and time management. Then in 1996 he became a Project Manager and was responsible for multiple projects. Currently he is a Vice President of Operations and has responsibilities in the area of our pre-engineered projects.

Timothy Kulbacki - Vice President of Operations
Timothy started in the construction business in 1976 as a laborer for Kulbacks Construction and after a few years decided to try his hand as a business owner. Tim’s business specialized in residential roofing and grew into a full service residential building company in a short time. Then due to changes in economic conditions Tim opted to return to his roots in the commercial construction business and became a Project Estimator for Kulbacks Construction. In 1997 he became a Project Manager and was handling multiple projects and eventually moved onto a Vice President of Operations and has responsibilities in the area of office management.

Frank Schreiber - Director of Site Operations
Frank started his career in construction in 1978 as a Site Operations Director for SH Construction in Depew, NY. He was coordinating Site operations on commercial projects throughout Western New York for them until 1986 when he became the Vice President of CCS Contracting in Depew. Here he directed all site operations and was responsible for the coordination of equipment and labor for multiple crews and locations throughout Western New York.
In 1993, Frank came to Kulbacks Construction and is the Director of Site operations. Through his years in the field he has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience that has provided him the tools and skill set to manage all of our heavy equipment, and all of our operators. He also has training in OSHA regulations, Coaching and Team Building and has developed the necessary communication skills to relate to owners, architects, engineers and inspectors.
